disappointed... deceptive description

said poolside and definitely wasn't... 3rd floor opposite side of pool. many broken items (no towel rack because it was broken, broken doors, etc.). difficult check in since there is no front office. LOUD... thin walls and LOTS of kids. On the positive side their is a bathroom in every room. that's nice.

I loved the spacious rooms. Pickleball courts were nice to have at the resort. The unit I stayed needed some deep cleaning. Dusty and dirty. Toilet seats looked filthy. Needed maintenance on towel rack and toilet paper handle. Carpet looked dirty and curled up in places. Wasn’t happy about being locked out of the unit. Overall, it was nice, but definitely needs some work on the unit.

Resort Amenities

We stayed at Estancia Resort over Thanksgiving with my sister’s family. The resort has a big heated pool, large hot tub, two pickle ball courts, and a basketball hoop. We had so much fun with these amenities! Make sure to bring your own rackets. The resort is across the street from some mountain bike trails and really close to a couple of nice parks. There were 4 adults and 6 kids. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and each room had its own bathroom which was really nice. The bunk room had enough space for all the kids, however some found the couch more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the interior design, great layout, loved the balcony, pool & hot tub were amazing, most everything inside was delightful except shower curtains were calcium crusted & yucky, everything was a bit dusty & two dried up wash clothes from previous tenants were left on the shower curtain rod.

Why call this a 'resort'?

What is the definition of a 'resort'? For St. George, a 'resort' seems to mean 'apartment complex with a crappy pool'. First of all, they didn't have assigned parking, which means anyone (including visitors) could park anywhere they want. Doesn't seem too bad, right? Get ready to park in the desert, and walk a mile to your apartment. Also, keep in mind this isn't a hotel at all, this is a crappy apartment complex, there is no housekeeping, or service. It wont be cleaned at all while you're there. I'm not even sure it was cleaned at all... ever. The rugs were so gross we had to wear our shoes the whole time. The one thing I hate about St. George 'resorts' is the lack of food. If you want food, you can't simply go to the resort store, or restaurant. No. You're loading up and driving 15 minutes each way. I know, some of you are saying... St. George has amazing places to eat... no. St. George has either fast food, or faster food. The Cafe Rio style of getting your food does not classify as an 'amazing' dining experience.

Middle of construction

Didn’t receive email detailing self check in procedures, no office or staff onsite, another family had been assignef the same room and were given the door combination and came in when I was changing clothes. Major construction site, view is of buildings under construction and empty pool. Poor map taped on wall near elevator showing directions to another pool

These are condos for rent. Parts are still under construction, no pool, no office to check in at, they send you via email your room number and door code to get in to the unit and you’re on your own after that. I asked to check in a little early and they said the doors won’t allow you to check in prior to 3:00 pm, no exceptions... even though the place couldn’t have been half full... not great service. Given all that, nice rooms and I’ll probably try it again when the construction is done.

Nice Unit

The accommodations were wonderful. It was a beautiful unit S302 with 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. My only complaint is that there were not enough towels and we had to bring our own pool towels. The managers came over right away the evening we arrived, to assist us on tightening the bunk beds that were a little wobbly. They were very friendly and Shawna texted me and responded to my text messages within minutes. I would stay here again and honestly would consider purchasing a unit.

Very nice condo in St. George, Utah

We loved the condo. Fortunately we had friends staying in Worldmark next door so we used their pool during days when construction was going on, and used Estancia pool in the evening. Six nights in St. George was maybe a bit too long in August. We did Zion 2 days and Dino Tracks and Children's Museum other days. Too hot to go to some nearby canyons. St. George is very spread out. I would have liked to look at all the statues in the historic district but it was too hot during the mid-day.

Family Summer Vacation

Estancia is an upscale condo rental. The units are in amazing shape. My wife and 3 kids had more than enough room with out 3 bedrooms. There is no staff on site nor services so just remember that. Also, it's about 15 minutes from much of anything. I'd reccomend this if you want to relax in a very nice room.

Won't ensure your security or privacy during stay

Landlords did not ensure our privacy or safety. While we were gone, someone entered the unit and shoved ~all~ of our stuff into a closet. Children's toys, our underwear, toiletries - everything was shoved in a closet. There was a note from a rando photographer that he had come in to photograph the unit, something we were not told about and did not give permission for. When we called the landlord to say someone had been in the unit and shoved all of our stuff in the closet, they could not confirm who the photographer was and denied that he could have possibly had the code to the unit. Even though he said he had the code to the unit and clearly got in. So stay here if you want rando people having the code to where you and your family are sleeping and where you stuff is free for anyone to rifle through! We checked-out and found a place where the landlords can ensure no one will enter the unit and go through out stuff while we are staying there.
