Relax in this ground level large newly redecorated, 1400 sq. ft., rim view Las Palmas condo. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the patio, or enjoy the view from any of the large windows looking out on Green Valley, Pine Valley Mountain and the night lights of Santa Clara.

This unit has full access to Green Valley Clubhouse. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, work-out room, pickleball, miniture golf and basketball. There are also two Las Palmas outdoor pools along with hot tubs.

There is plenty to do in the spectacular St. George area. Year round golf with 11 courses nearby, four are championship courses. Outlet mall shopping, restuarants, hiking, biking, four wheeling, dirt biking, all within minutes of the condo. Next door is The Green Valley Spa which has full spa services for those who wish to be pampered. National Parks within a days drive include Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, walkin closet and private full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has queen bed with one twin. Plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer are new. Full second bathroom.

A well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook in and enjoy family time around the table or on the patio.

There is also free WiFi included for our guests. This is a pet free condo and non smoking complex.

Clean!!! Comfy home that was clean everywhere. All beds were comfortable, even the sheets were soft. The location is great for accessing the clubhouse pools or the smaller pool. Beautiful view with afternoon shade. Will stay here again. I love that they had shampoo, soap, lots of towels, and kitchen staples.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this location. Communication was always open when needed. We loved the space and location of the condo. I think if you love Green Valley in St. George, you'll love this location. It everything we needed for our stay. One thing we would suggest is an ice cream scoop but that's a minor need. Location was easy to get in and out of. We would stay again and highly recommend it any with a medium (5 people) to large (8 people) party.

Great golf getaway

Went to St George for a golf trip with friends and was amazed at the opportunities for great golf. The condo was very clean and accommodating with great views of the mountains. Everything was better than described.

Las Palmas resort

The property is very clean and is an exceptional condo. We rented for a month, the main problem with this property is the noise made from people above. We had groups of 14 people, 18 people and 12 people.living above us. I would not recommend this condo for long term rental.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Enjoyed sitting on the patio … the views are beautiful ! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything I needed to cook, as we were there for 5 weeks. Beds are comfortable. The only drawback being that the upstairs neighbors were VERY loud … heavy footsteps, moving furniture daily, kids running.

Nice and Clean

We have stayed in many units at this property, but this unit particularly was exceptional! The unit was clean and did not require us to do any extra cleaning prior to us getting comfortable. If there was anything bad to mention it would only be that the people who stayed above us were literally up moving about their unit until 3 AM each night. Beside that, we can say that it was a perfect stay! I would recommend this unit and would seek it out in the future as well.

Girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable. Easy access and liked being on ground level. It was clean, with comfortable beds, AC was great and the ceiling fans were nice in each room. The kitchen has great cooking supplies, and love the set of pans, best I’ve ever had in a rental. We loved the view and the patio. We also enjoyed the swim pools and amenities of that area. Thank you for a nice place to stay and hope to return.

Great hosts

If I was traveling with a young family, i would have been upset about work noise and mess from another property being done on the room above us on one of the days. However, we were there for golf and spent most of the daylight hours our on the breathtaking golf courses in the area. The only improvement advice for the hosts would be to improve the 2nd bathroom shower floor. The tub floor was slippery. Shower 1 was excellent. One of our golf crew lost his wallet. The hosts were extremely responsive. 5 star hosts all the way!
