Fantastic Location

If you’re looking for proximity to Zion, Brycee Canyon, this is the place! Our host was very thorough with everything as well as helpful. The home has a huge kitchen equipped with everything like home. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the hummingbirds, plus it’s very quiet and peaceful. Also nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here agin when visiting all the parks.

Beautiful home!

House is beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone and well supplied. We really enjoyed the back patio area to sit outside to eat and enjoy the gas firepit.

Great stay near Zion

Had a great stay here while exploring Zion. Plenty of space for 2 families of 5, and a big yard too. Easy drive from the park. Great host, quick responses when we had a couple of questions. Huge kitchen! Great space to relax after full days of hiking in the park.

Very nice house and grounds with fantastic seating area in front and back. Open floor concept inside with plenty of amenities. Separate Play/TV area available for the kids. Comfortable beds

Great place!

The place was very comfortable and had all that we needed. It was well-stocked. My kids loved all the games in the outside game area. We loved the fireplace. Our dogs loved the backyard, but it would be nice if the backyard was fenced. But we never left them there without watching them, so it was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Property

Another great VRBO stay. House was immaculate and beautiful. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of space and a beautiful back and side yards. We BBQ'd and cooked and had all that we needed. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Clean and cozy

Nice, attractive, spotless, comfortable home with great beds. The large kitchen made cooking a pleasure and the cozy sofas were good quality. Great place to stay that didn’t disappoint. We had different ages and activities. The games were fun and in great shape.. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would love to go back..

Excellent - just as advertised

The house was great for our family of 4. Easy drive to Zion from the house, close to grocery store and restaurants. Was too cold/rainy to make use of the ping pong table and didn't use "the barn" as we thought we would, but the house itself was very nice. Incredibly clean and the pictures represent it perfectly - it was just what we expected. I don't think 10 could fit very well here (would have to be the perfect combination) but for us it was very spacious and would be fine for 6-8. Hosts were easy to communicate with and would stay here again if heading to Zion for more hiking.

Great house

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home and it was in a the best location. We had plenty of room for six people, it was clean and smelled good. The beds were super comfortable. The house is located so you could easily go to Zion, or explore La Verkin or Hurricane.

Nice relaxing weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this home, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy, with nice linens! We liked the backyard area, we used the grill each night to cook dinner and enjoyed eating outside while our doggy played in the grass. We all had fun playing ping pong as well! We took a quick drive up to Zion, and there are a lot trails conveniently close to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great House

House provided easy access to Zion NP. We really enjoyed the backyard space including the grill. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Nice Spot Near Zion

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, as listed. The beds were comfortable. The host provided many staples which we appreciated that are not always stocked in other rentals like shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, etc. Our kids enjoyed the games and the ping pong table.

Convenient Location

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and was a good home base for drives to Zion and Bryce Parks and eventually to head down to Arizona for the rest of our trip. The home was great, as all needed amenities were provided - from toiletries, to paper goods, to a great outside area that even had ping pong. Should one need anything or want to eat out there are also plenty of options in the area. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great house, cozy, clean, convenient location!

The hosts have thought of everything you might need during your stay here! The kitchen was well equipped, extra blankets, bedding, toiletries, well stocked laundry, grill, coolers to borrow. There was ample outdoor seating to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. The backyard was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the birds at the outdoor patio table in the shade. The house was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable. Great location - an easy 30 minute drive to Zion main entrance and easy to Kolob canyon. Easy 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon. Nice grocery store a few blocks away and dining options in Hurricane about 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Just as advertised.

This home is exactly as advertised. Clean. Spacious. Nice backyard for our dog to play. Ping pong table was a fun way to relax and had a great view of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again for our next Zion trip. Hosts were helpful in answering any questions.
