Nice place to stay while playing in a PPA pickleball tournament.

Everything it was advertised. 10 minutes from the Little Valley Pickleball Complex. Excellent community, access to the pool and hot tub. I’d stay again next time.

It was perfect for our family mix of marrieds, baby, teens with warm pool, hot tub, pickleball, playground, walks, hikes, and many more activities close! Home was clean and great space with beds for all and lots of bathrooms ;)

Great Place For a Family

We had a large group that stayed at this place. It was clean and well stocked for a large group. The beds were comfortable and clean. The facilities were nice as well. The pool was warm enough in February for my kids to swim in. The host was easy going and great to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quick getaway

Loved the house. Very clean and location was good.FYI…Backyard is not enclosed in case you were bringing a dog with you. Found out when we arrived that it was an open backyard. It was fine and made it work. They have other properties with a private back yard so just ask and make sure before booking. Other than that everything was great. Will be back again.

Nice Condo

The condo was very clean with nice furnishings and modern design. Loved the large showers in two of the bathrooms and the second tv space upstairs. Had a little trouble with the tv, but we didn’t try to contact anyone for help. The pool is very close, but a little smaller than it looked in the photos and it didn’t seem heated, but a good amount of lounge chairs. Great location for us.very easy check in and out.

We rented this vacation unit for Thanksgiving 2025. Our entire family joined us, a total of 6 adults and 4 children. The rental turned out to be absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was large enough to keep everyone happy with a separate bedroom for each family and another for the children. The upstairs family room proved a great play area for the little ones. This rental is just across the street from the pool and hot tub. Although the air temperature was quite cool the pool and hot tub were heated just right and our grandchildren ended up spending much of each day swimming. The rental has lots of TVs and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast. There were lots of towels (including pool towels) and all the soaps and paper goods we needed. Communication with the host/owner was excellent. We will definitely keep this rental unit in our future plans.

Perfect location for easy access to hills and shopping.

A getaway weekend with our kids and grandchild. We explored Zion, went hill climbing with our side by sides and visited with friends in the area.

Great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super clean, super cute. Really comfortable mattresses. Room for all the people in our group (4 adults and 8 kids). And plenty of TVs. LOVED being right across from the the pool, which was really well heated and it was awesome even in the 50 degree weather. We would love to come back!

Fantastic place for mixed family, pool was great!

Great stay with my family in town for family reunion. Used the nice, new pool across the street each day, and had a bbq with additional family members on the deck one evening. House furnishings very nice, two "living rooms" to watch different sports or shows. Great beds and linen.

Great location, short on supplies

We loved our time here. The pool was smaller than anticipated but literally being right across from the pool and playground couldn’t be better. They give you warning that there are only enough supplies for one night (2days?) stay and it is true (including toilet paper). But nice they include shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. I would suggest adding a pasta server and large strainer for pasta and plastic ware for children (plates and bowls and cups) to the kitchen inventory. Lots of linens and towels and tons of games and very clean. We’d recommend it!

Great Family Spot

I reserved the property for my family of four. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we didn't even use two of the rooms. There are plenty of games and the kitchen has everything! We went to Sand Hollow, which is just 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot. We'll likely travel back to St. George soon and will book this spot again if it's available.
