Best Place!

Best place for a family reunion! All ages love the Lagoon, the beautiful pool and all the fun stuff included—paddle boards, floats, etc. The facilities were excellent—clean, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished. Definitely a 5 star getaway!!

We had a great stay! It was nice to have two separate master suites. The kids loved the upstairs loft, and we all enjoyed the two patios. The pool was so fun and the water was nice and warm. The home was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and so clean. We already want to come stay again.

Fun time

Overall the rental was great. It could use a good deep clean as things such as baseboards were pretty dirty. While it has the capacity to sleep quite a few, it is pretty inconvenient to be running up and down the stairs a lot to access the bedrooms and deck with grill and it is pretty loud for the neighbors. The lagoon and club pool were fun for my kids. We enjoyed the closer hot tub/spa right outside the unit more because it was less crowded.

Desert color stay

Our stay was enjoyable. The place was clean and new. It definitely smelled like paint…not the worst of smells and you got used to to quickly but definitely hit you when you walked there the door. Also they were supposed to email me the address and the code but never did until I specifically called them at 10:30pm bc I had no way to get it. Also I decide to extend my stay and had to call the after hours number bc no one responded to my text or email but it was outside of business hours so I guess that makes sense. Also there was no bracelet in the room to use on the property so I had to get one from the welcome center… and I agree with another reviewer that there’s too much furniture and it kinda gets in the way. But! We enjoyed our stay and it’s a cool community. Loved paddle boarding on the Lagoon and the hot tub spa by the room is the perfect temperature. I would rent it again.

Light & bright house one block from lagoon

This townhouse had great light and furniture clean and modern. Perfect for our group of 7. The rooftop deck was beautiful to enjoy the evening. We will definitely stay again. The only con was too much furniture and decorations that some rooms were hard to use. Living room had too many side tables that it was hard to walk by or leave shoes and beach stuff by front door. Too many decorations on these side tables to put stuff on them. The loft has a big couch which was nice but then a huge bean bag, and two random chairs that were always in way of walking. The fridge on top of stairs is convenient but another bulky item in the way.
