Peaceful retreat

Charming and comfortable place. Convenient to local shops and restaurants as well as day trip to Zion. We loved the neighborhood setting. Very walkable part of town.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the cottage for the 70.3. It was a wonderful home base for that along with exploring the greater Zion area after. Cottage was clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable, and very convenient to restaurants in town. We’ll be staying here again for any returns.

St.George Getaway

Revisited the home where my grandmother was born in 1917. Thoughtfully restored property, kind hosts. Walkable to the historic district. Loved our stay.

Another delightful stay

While we were here only briefly, it was as ever clean, comfortable, restful and a nice respite from the days travel. Hosts are truly wonderful. Will be back.

Very nice!

Very clean. Cozy and comfortable. Perfect location for downtown St. George. We were only in town for the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer. Cottage has everything you might need.

Charming Cottage

The cottage is comfortable and lovely in every way. Both the interior and exterior have been thoughtfully created and are full of pleasing details. A great place to stay that is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts, John and Debra were helpful and gracious. It was our first visit to St. George and we look forward to staying at the cottage again when we return.

Glorious soaking tub!

Loved the proximity to places to eat. We ended up at the Painted Pony per info left by John in the carriage house. It was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Bison Tenderloin with a blackberry Demi on a rosemary grit cake with tasty green beans. Mmm…. The carriage house was perfect location and absolutely darling. It was perfect in every way!

Adorable cottage

This adorable cottage was immaculate. The host was gracious and explained the property. The host had thought of a many ways to make the stay comfortable. (Coffee, tea, fresh fruit, popcorn, multiple toiletries). I will stay here in the future!!

Even better than the pictures

This was the cutest place. Incredibly clean, quiet and tons of charm. My wife used the words beautiful, clean, spectacular over and over. My favorite touch to the place was the doorknobs. We will want to stay here again.

Loved the Carriage House

Stayed at the Carriage House as home base for some hiking in Zion and Snow Canyon. Couldn't have been happier with our 2 nights there. All the comforts of home, high end finishes, and super clean. Great communication with the owner. Great location for a few dinners in downtown St. George.

A lovely carriage house

A unique property in old town area. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Owners have thought of everything and are there to greet you upon arrival. In addition to showing us the property they were helpful with info on the area and local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.

We ADORED our stay!

This was such a gem to find. There are numerous old homes turned into rentals in the St. George area, but we guarantee none will have such attention to detail, style, charm, and class as this property does. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a place to stay, and book this one now. We didn’t want to leave. Even the yard surrounding the Carriage House was meticulously manicured, and we were encouraged to enjoy the grounds, if desired. The patio area was a fun addition to our stay, and was nice to enjoy after our day of exploring the surrounding area. This rental was just as comfortable as it was beautiful. In short, this is a keeper, and we can’t wait until we have an excuse to return.

Other reviews are spot on - adorable, very clean and great communication. Tons of little details that set it apart - John and Debra have thought of everything! One heads - I'm used to rentals that are self check-in but John met me upon arrival to do a walk though. Totally understandable given it's their personal property (vs. a property mgmt co) and I'm sure that's indicated on the listed but I hadn't noticed.

Perfection!

St. George review Architecturally stupendous. This is the most beautiful, clean and interesting place we’ve ever stayed. Small but perfect. Did I mention that it was CLEAN? Amazing attention to detail. Light and bright with glass skylights, windows and doors. Sparkling clean. Everything you could possibly need. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit and microwave popcorn. There was even ground coffee! Every single thing that needs it has instruction labels. We took a 10 minute walk to town all 4 days where we had wonderful breakfasts at the Bear Paw restaurant. John was available for whatever we needed and is an attentive host who always got back to us immediately.
