This was a way better option for us than a hotel room. The room itself was older, but it was clean and it was spacious. The facilities were awesome. The hot tub and the pool were nice and warm, even though it was the middle of winter. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the spacious rooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is nice with close proximity to the freeway and lots of shopping. The staff member who we talked to at check-in was very courteous and friendly.

The facility was nice, clean and well maintained. All fixtures were in working order. Access from the room from our parking was good. The required removal of trash was fine although the dumpster was inconvenient. There could be an accommodation closer to each of the buildings to simplify the process and allow the staff to transport the trash to the dumpster site several yards away. This would be the only negative experience.

Cons - The internet is TERRIBLE. The reviews don't lie. We didn't end up getting to use wi-fi at all which is miserable. We tried to watch a movie when we realized that we needed a bit more entertainment for little kids and it was getting late and cold, but the sound didn't work between the player and the TV. So that was also a complete bust. Pros - Clean, space for everyone. Could cook a full dinner and had enough supplies to be used.
