Nice townhouse in a nice community. The house was as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool and beach only steps away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy stay near the beach

This was our second time staying here. It is a great place for a couple. It's quiet, has a view of the beach from the small deck and is just a short walk away. The kitchen is adequate for cooking simple meals though we had to bring any and all condiments as the cupboards and refrigerator are bare except for dishes and utensils.

First time to SGI

This no frills property has all the very basic needs for your beach stay. Could use some updating, but the location to the pool and the beach make up for that. An overall comfortable stay…would definitely stay in this unit again.

Quiet and cozy

L7 was very pleasant and the perfect little spot for 2. It was like being at home but on the beach. We could actually see the ocean from the back porch view which was a nice surprise. Great pricing and super cozy place to stay. Thank you!

Great short get away

Brought my daughter to the Island for a couple of days. This property completely met our needs! I love Ocean Mile and it is still as I remember from some years ago. I also loved that I could reserve this unit for only three nights, most of the others require a week. 10/10!

This stay was absolutely fantastic for our little family. The room was easy check-in and access, and while basic, as advertised with expected amenities. Property management was responsive as needed. The best part was the location. This place was steps away from the pool and a very short walk away from the beach. We hauled our beach stuff in and out multiple times a day with no issue. I would recommend for anyone looking for a great, affordable option to get away at St. George Island!

Perfectly perfect!

L7 had everything we needed to enjoy a week in SGI!! Upon arrival, the condo was clean & welcoming... We prepared all.of our meals in-house- all pots, pans & utensils we needed were available in the well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of bedding, linens, trash bags, detergent, etc, which is always nice & allows more time to focus on vacationing!! The water pressure was good, though the hot water could be a little dodgy...

Loved the complex, access to the beach, bedding and towels were very nice-seemed new. Kitchen was stocked well. Was not a fan of the stairs and wondered why all the cords were visible for the AV systems (odd). I had to call for the correct key code when we got there - was not given the correct key code to the unit in the online confirmation from Vacasa. That was very worrisome, because I was afraid the booking was bogus and we would not get in after traveling 8 hours to get there!
