"We have stayed here before and loved it, but last night we had the Magnolia room and it had a bad smell, the floor felt very sandy, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We were less than satisfied with the amount of dust on the dresser and around the bed (we had to try to find a plug in for a cpap) you could tell it had not been cleaned properly for a while. "

"Host was welcoming and easy communication.The pool table, fooze ball table were covered in sand and unusable. There could have been more towels and a litter better stocked kitchen. overall it was fine for the 3 days."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month at The Lite House this year. It seems to be our second home for February. After owning a rental beach condo for 20 years myself, I would suggest small yearly upgrades that I haven't seen here over the last few years. The appliances are getting tired especially the dishwasher ( 10 years old). Although the washer /dryer looks relatively new,it could do a better job. None of these things detracted from a great experience however."

"Great location minutes from beach and walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Host Brandon was responsive and helpful and clearly wants you to have a great experience. Apartment is freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds very comfy too. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice, up-to-date property.The location is excellent, especially if you just want to walk around to all of the local shops, stores, and restaurants.No need to rent a golf cart.Staff at forgotten Shores was truly excellent.They responded to my requests pretty much in real time.They also were helpful at extending my stay for a week and even lent me a nice office chair so I could do a bit of work"
