「The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.」

「The property was very good. Clean and modern room and walkable from the airport which made it easy to get to. Unfortunately and I didn’t realize until late but I was sent the wrong pun」

「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」

「water stopped at the first night，called front desk，and nobody pick the phone」

「What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.」

「Good location clean rooms. Service was good」

「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「Not bad but smaller than expected.」

「Spacious rooms that were well designed. I enjoyed using the nice bathrooms. Free parking was a huge plus for young families using car rentals. Next to some good parks.」
