“True blue did not disappoint..... the staff was very polite and welcoming. We were pleased with how welcoming everyone was. Our room was clean and spacious with cold ac and ceiling fan, which we appreciated after being out and about. Luckily for us, we arrived on Wednesday , the day of the street food event. “The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. “I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot.
