DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This place is terrible far from everything. I paid for 6 days stayed for 1 day only and didn’t even get a partial refund. Towels was hard. There’s no front desk no security no cameras . You take ur own bags to the room there’s nothing to eat or drink around. Please save ur money and time. The lady is a fraud . She seems nice but she’s not . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY here and Expedia didn’t help even. So I lost my money

The place was perfect for our family of 5. Having a private pool was really nice, the AC worked great, a short walk down to a small beach. Plenty of restaurants close by, a food market 5 minutes away, 10 minutes from the main town and really nice beaches. The very friendly staff greeted us and helped get us situated. Washer did not work, but they had a free wash and fold service. Great view of the ocean and landscape.

This property boasts a unique architectural design that strikes a perfect balance between beauty and functionality. The bohemian vibe is evident throughout the space. There’s ample room for a family of four, and the rooftop and main levels feature pools. Our hostess was incredibly gracious, ensuring that all our questions were answered and our needs were met. I’m definitely planning to return.

Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful.

This place whispers serenity. My stay was so peaceful and refreshing- from the beauty of the entire property, the cleanliness, and the amazing staff, I could not ask for better. All my needs were met before I could even ask. Staff checked in every day to ensure I had all I needed. When I reached out to request assistance regarding my checkout time, I was met with kindness and the assistance I needed. I would stay here time and time again and recommend it to any nature lover who desires to recharge away from the noise.

I stayed in the honeymoon villa. It was so nice having my own private pool. It is a great location to have peace and quiet but also just 10 minutes or less in the car to be at the main beach, restaurants and bars. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe here. Sharon the owner is very quick to respond to messages or concerns. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Reef View Pavilion Villas and Condos was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were impeccably clean and luxurious, offering a serene, private retreat with a truly breathtaking ocean view that we'll never forget. The property itself is beautiful, but the highlight was the staff— Mrs. Sharon was warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. She made our stay feel seamless and special. We highly recommend Reef View Pavilion for anyone seeking a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!
