We had a wonderful stay at Bay House Grenada and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing experience. The ocean view was absolutely fabulous — peaceful, breathtaking, and the perfect backdrop for a quiet getaway. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and serene, making it easy to truly unwind. The restaurant had good options- the food was delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Really enjoyed the story of the Bay House’s beginnings. We were also very grateful for the taxi service they offer, which made getting around convenient and stress-free. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Bay House to anyone visiting Grenada.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen etwas klein. Leider verfügte unser Zimmer über keinen Safe und auch keinen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Toilette war von ebenerdiger Dusche nicht getrennt, Bad nach dem Duschen immer komplett nass.

Had an amazing stay here, would 100% recommend. The bay house itself is gorgeous, rooms are clean and there’s always lots of beautiful brightly coloured fresh flowers on the tables and around the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Probably the best service and most friendly staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We have a 9 month old boy and they were so great with him too, they really went above and beyond with us and our boy and made our first family holiday extra special. The hotel is on a very steep hill, we didn’t walk it and we are quite fit and live somewhere quite hilly, but this is something else! But the view from the top is spectacular! The free beach shuttle is at 10am and brings you back at 3pm, but you can always get a taxi back later with Annie and stay down at the beach for longer which we did quite a few times. Beautiful people in Grenada, felt safe everywhere, amazing hotel, so sad to be back at home! Thanks again to the Bay House xx

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. My flight was canceled because of the snow storm and the front desk staff Dornell helped me secure a room for the next day.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to see the other rooms in the hotel and that was nice for them to show us around. We will definitely stay here again.

We really loved staying at the Bay house. Gorgeous views (got to see the sunset!), spotless rooms (we stayed in a romantic suite tucked away from other rooms) and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is about 10-minute walk on a steed road but there is a shuttle to and from the beach. Highly recommended!

Really enjoy the Grenadine Breakfast Was there for eight days. Ordered it about five times. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would suggest renovating room four but all in all was a wonderful stay.

Spectacular view from stylishly remodeled old mansion house. Large open air spaces with breeze passing through. It is not a cookie-cutter hotel, as it only has ~15 rooms, each of a different design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a artist that this in residence most of the time.

We booked what was advertised as the Romantic Suite, and it was extremely misleading. First, this is not a suite at all. There are no photos of this exact room anywhere on the hotel’s website or on Expedia, and notably, the Romantic Suite listing on the website has a sea view. Our Romantic suite didn’t even have a window. The room itself does not feel like a real hotel room. It felt like they converted a broom closet into a hotel room. It has no windows, no electrical outlets, and the air conditioning does not go below 24°C, making it uncomfortable, especially in Grenada’s climate. The doors are closet-style doors, offering no sound privacy at all. Because of this, we couldn’t even talk normally without people outside hearing us. There were also bugs flying in through the slits in the doors. The bathroom was equally disappointing. It felt very stark and uncomfortable, almost like a jail, and the closet-style doors don’t even close properly or provide any privacy. What made things worse is that the so-called “separate living area” is actually a shared space, something we were not informed about until after check-in. Since there are no real doors, there’s zero privacy. The room is also right next to the pool, adding to the noise and lack of relaxation. Overall, we felt misled by the listing and the lack of transparency. This was not the romantic, private experience that was advertised. We ended up staying only one night and had to find another hotel. I would not recommend
