Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. "I had an excellent stay at the Green Apple Bed and Breakfast. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and there was a beautiful breeze coming from the ocean with the window open. The location is a close walk to the train station so you can go into St Ives quite easily. The breakfast was very good. Adrian was the main person I interacted with and he was very lovely, and clearly wanted to ensure that guests had a great experience. I really appreciated being allowed to leave my bag on site during the day after I had checked out so that I could go into St Ives without my heavy pack. My only suggestion would be to provide some form of written instruction for the check-in process once the customer has confirmed their check-in time, to avoid any confusion for guests on arrival."

"Really enjoyed our stay , not a complaint but I guess there could have been a conversation around the assigning of the rooms where the larger suite was given to a party of 1 and smaller to two . More about just how things are communicated . The place was amazing , loved its location and the facilities within the suites were ideal to be able to accommodate if deciding to cook our own meals ."
