Condo has everything you need. I loved sitting on the porch overlooking the golf course. It is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners thought of everything and were very accommodating. It provided a great "home away from home".

Relaxing Family Vacation

Condo was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. It's in a lovely gated community. The condo met all our needs and was a short drive to the beach. Stan and Jeanette were excellent hosts and very responsive!!! Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

Love love love this place and the host!

We took our first family vacation to this property and it was phenomenal!! Everything was so clean and the host was the sweetest. She really has thought of everything for the villa and made beach going easy! We will be back for another stay!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was lovely, better than the pictures depicted! We had such a lovely time in Southport and this condo helped make it that way. There was plenty of room and amenities for my family, my husband, myself and our 2 teens. The condo was amazingly clean and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect- exactly as advertised. Hosts were extremely responsive. Loved all of the beach accessories there for us so we didn’t have to pack any of that. Tons of great restaurants and beaches.

Wonderful Experience In St James!

We stayed in this wonderful.condo in St James for a quick Ladies-Only getaway, and had such a fantastic experience! Jeanette, our host, has put together such a warm and welcoming experience, and she has truly thought of everything her guests might need! I would highly recommend this property and am thankful to have had such a relaxing respite in a beautiful location!

Great place to stay

We were at St James Plantation to check on our lot and visit with home builders. This condo was our perfect home base. It is clean and comfortable. Jeannette was a dream to deal with, and we loved the fact that we didn't have to use a key to get inside.
