Overall, the property and stay were excellent. One item Mark should check out is the TV in the middle bedroom. Either TV, remote or both were not working. TV powered up but could not connect to the Internet. Also, in the bathroom off the hall, there were some noises from behind the wall of the shower when the sink faucets we're turned on. Note that everything worked, it was just the noise that might bear a check. Again, minor issues that did not affect the quality of the stay.

Nice View

The condo is very nice, spacious, clean, great location with beautiful view of the marina, and Mark was super responsive, especially since we booked at the last minute.We would definitely rent here again, but want to mention that there are very few supplies provided, which is why I gave the listing accuracy 4 stars, not 5. There was no iron that we could find, as well as no extra toilet paper, hand or dish soap, etc; also no games, books, etc. This was not a problem for our stay but wanted to let others know for planning.
