“Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. ”

“The hotel is very nice and all of the staffs are very kind. We visited Brugge for honeymoon and they upgrade for us which is a very big flavor. The room is awesome and the lobby is very beautiful. It's in the Brugge only takes 5-10 mins to the square which we highly recommended for the stay in Brugge”

“The hotel itself felt cosy and stylish, and it was such a nice place to come back to after a busy day out. It had that calm boutique feel rather than feeling busy or impersonal. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better base for our trip and would happily stay here again. Only downside they didn't do food with room service”

“The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no……

“Hotel liegt eigentlich mittendrin, aber ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Direkt am Kanal. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, vorher Parkplatz reservieren, oder im nahegelegen Parkhaus, 5 Min Fussweg, parkieren. Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber für den Start in den Tag ausreichend. Das Bad im Zimmer dürfte umgestaltet/renoviert werden, da man in der Badewanne duschen muss.”
