Reunion with Classmates

Clean and comfortable

Very well kept property inside and out. Very clean and there is ample space for everyone. It's located on a private street and it's easy to get to anywhere in town from here. Very impressed and I will be staying here again!

Excellent. Beautiful, clean duplex with all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. David, the host, made sure we knew that he was available if we needed anything or had any questions. We will definitely stay at one of his properties when we return to St. Joseph.

What a great place!

I absolutely loved this property. It was pristine and comfortable in every way. David was the best host. He met me at the property, which is very easy to find, and showed me everything about it. It's very secure and I felt quite safe with the security system and location. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Honestly we spent mostly of our weekend visiting our daughter. However, we really appreciate David’s professional and the cleanliness of the house. Super easy to communicate with David and would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

We were in St. Joe for A family wedding. We are in St. Joe frequently as my husbands family resides there so we know the area well. The duplex we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. Extremely clean and located in a quiet area. The host David was very responsive and met us within minutes of our arrival even though we were running later than expected. He checked on us throughout our stay. We will certainly contact him again if we need to spend more than the day.

Quiet, clean, comfy!

We were looking for a home away from home and this property fit the bill! David was very helpful, the home has many features to enjoy. I’m very sensitive to dust and smells and I can tell you I had no issues in this home! A downside to the visit were that the beds were not comfortable. My husband, who can sleep on just about anything said the surface of the bed was uncomfortable. I added topper and an additional half inch piece of foam and a comforter and it helped. In the kitchen it has 3 or 4 plates, bowls etc. However they are 3 salad bowl not cereal bowls. So to get through a day you have to wash dishes after every meal. The pans, pots, & cookie sheets are usable but when the interior of a nonstick pan is peeling I don’t prefer to use them. At one point I heard a high-pitched noise and thought the other side of the duplex had the alarm going off, my family was also staying in that unit. Apparently when you take a shower, along with the water comes this high-pitched screech the entire time the water is running. If I could hear it in the duplex next-door I can’t imagine how that sounded being in the shower.
