I don’t know how this place is open and operational. Musty, moldy, everywhere - rooms clearly not well maintained - black mold recently wiped from walls, A/C units blowing moldy contaminated air, fire exits blocked-locked-unusable, dangerous and unhealthy. Allergies and asthma symptoms started immediately. Staff said they would refund my three night stay and then declined refund to my 3rd party travel company and were non-responsive. We were there for a total of 30 minutes and couldn’t stay. Charged for three night. Stay here at your own risk. TIP for ownership: Close, remediate, clean, get inspected and approved, open your amenities, and own you does to the public - stop harming people’s health to make a buck.

Rooms were filthy. Bedspread had stains. phones did not work. We left and they refused to refund our money but somehow the people who adked for a redund because the pool was closed got one. If zero stars was an option that is what this hotel should get!

Very musty smell in the room we were in. I asked to be moved to another room and they accommodated me. Other room was musty and had mold on a couple walls. I wanted a place for my kids to swim — but the swimming pool was not operative ( this was not put on internet). The girl at the counter tried her best to help out. I give it a 2 out of 10… We will not be staying g here again.

The room wasn’t fully cleaned, food was left from the previous guest in the fridge, I had to borrow a broom and dustpan to sweep the floor. Crumbs and dirt were left on floor and there were several dead bugs by the door. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for the room, it wasn’t ideal and we wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was clean and everything worked, with the exception of no hot water, just warm. I'm usually so happy to see protein on the breakfast menu, but the sausage links were too overcooked to ear, and I literally spit out eggshells in the eggs!! Also, they don't keep food refilled! By 8 a.m. they were out of eggs and waffles!! That's NOT ok when you advertise breakfast from 6-9 a.m.!! We were very disappointed!
