Unfortunately our location is always being removed by google maps, even after numerous times communicating and advising our correct location. In addition, we are located in a lively area, where the noise outside is beyond our control, however, we do provide earplugs so that a customer can obtain a decent night's sleep.Moreover, I do apologize in relation to the parking facilities. Holiday Inn Express does not have it's own parking space, but there is the Eden car park 100 m away from the hotel in which is mentioned on the website at an additional fee of 15 Euro per day. Once again I apologize for all the inconvenience caused apologize once more for any inconvenience this has caused, and we hope to see you again soon to prove that your prior stay was an exception. Firstly I would like to advise that clients who stay at the Holiday Inn Express Malta are allowed to also use the outdoor pool at the Intercontinental. I am truly sorry if you were given the wrong information. Secondly, I have double checked the reservation in relation to you bed preference, but indeed you booked a room with a double bed, hence we allocated the room for you in which you have booked. Our rooms are approximately 20sqm, but for future reference we do have family suites which are more spacious. Furthermore, our breakfast complies with the IHG brand standards and we have all the necessary items to cater for a 3 star hotel. In addition, our hotel is located in a lively area where the noise outside is beyond our control. I am so sorry your issues and concerns where not escalated to me as I would have done my utmost to make sure your stay would be pleasurable.
