「Overall enjoyed everything, it was a much needed break for us. One thing to let you know about is that the holiday park said they do not supply towels. We did not bring any towels with us as it said in the Hotel.com documentation that towels and bedding were included. The staff at Tencreek were not particularly happy, however they did supply the towels FOC and said they would contact Hotels.com 」

「Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.」
