The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.」

「I arrived late in the evening. The gentleman at the desk was great. The first room I was given had a mess in the bathroom from HVAC work that had been done that day. I was given another room that was better, although there was a little of the HVAC debris. I made the front desk aware but I chose to stay in that room. The hotel is older. The lobby area is pleasant. There is only one elevator functioning. The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor desperately needs to be replaced. My room...
