"my room was great for the exception of the water pressure in the bathroom sink, also when the hot water was turned on and it reached a point of being too hot when the cold water was turned on to cool down the hot water the cold water took over and now the water was too cold. Had to stand and play with it and the water pressure was really bad."

"This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service"
