Nice place to stay in St. Louis
The property is fully refurbished inside. Everything worked well and was well stocked for cooking and large groups. The owner was very kind to supply drinks and coffee. I would highly recommend this property.

Lots of room
Overall a good place. Lots of room. The upstairs seem to get pretty hot compared to the downstairs which was freezing cold. Also with little ones trying to open the doors we should have brought our own kid safety locks:) Otherwise a good stay!

5 rooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms. Great location, close to stores and good access to downtown and highway. We enjoyed our employee retreat. Everything was in working order and the house was beautiful. Clean and cozy! Remi ( owner/property manager) replied to my emails in a timely manner and also gave me her number in case we had any questions. Definitely recommend this property.

While our visit to the area was under sad times, this property was awesome. There was no surprises except how impressed we was with everything. The time spent with family at the house was so awesome. Plenty of parking. House was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Our extended family stayed 3 nights for a wedding. The home was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own own room. We were close to stores , the freeway and airport. The house has been completely tastefully renovated. There's even a garage! Highly recommend.

Spacious home, quiet neighborhood
This house was perfect for our group. The main floor is spacious with plenty of places to sit and relax and with a big kitchen table to accommodate all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are great - nice size, good water pressure. We had a problem with the water temperature (we couldn't get it cool enough - an unusual problem to have). Remi responded very quickly and got it fixed right away. She made sure we had everything we needed. There is a great cafe within walking distance called Have A Cow. The food is farm fresh and the owners are wonderful. The backyard and patio are nice too. It would be a great place for a small gathering/party. It was nice having a garage to park the car. There is room in the driveway for another car. Everyone in our group loved this place and we would stay here again!

This house was perfectly situated for visiting St Louis. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and museums and had lots of room for our family group. We had a bit of trouble operating the tv remotes. Otherwise everything was great.

Great House!
A lot of space for different family members, Fit our needs, great privacy in each bedroom and floor, plenty of bathrooms, great location, loved the 3 levels, very safe area and amenities included. Loved having a privates garage and back entrance, and dining on the patio. Extremely clean and well maintained. I would only make one recommendation and that is to add more usable seating and TVs in the Living/sitting areas and add TV to all bedrooms.

Incredible house close to everything in downtown STL- 2 minutes to a Walgreens and grocery store, 5 minutes to Busch stadium, 10 minutes to City Museum. Sleeps 12 people, super nice very modern house with full finished basement and car port with garage door opener. Bath tub in master bath, 2 other showers

Fantastic location, minor inconveniences, great overall
Check in was easy-peasy, the house is as described. It also had a good amount of supplies in the house, so that was a pleasant surprise. It’s an incredible location—we visited the Arch, Grant’s Farm, City Museum, Union Station and the Zoo and none were more than 5-20 minutes away. Parking is a *super tight* fit for SUVs and vans pulling behind the house into the alley and then through the gate and into the drive behind the house. Also be careful of wasps—we had five different stings during our 5-day stay and didn’t trust letting our kids play in the backyard because of the wasp nest in the back gate. Owner was notified and they sprayed, but it didn’t help. Wasps came out nearly every time the gate was moved and they were aggressive. Other than the stings, our group of 11 were comfortable and had a great trip. Would stay there again if the wasps situation was remedied by an exterminator.

Perfect for bachelorette party
Vary spacious, plenty seating. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap which is awesome for those that forget to pack those. Lots of beds/bathrooms. Netflix on all the TVs. Location is great, easy to find. Only 7 min drive to ballpark villiage/cardinals stadium. Downsides- Did not find spare blankets as the ones on the bed are thin. The downstairs beds are hard. The garage/driveway is in the back of house with small alley entrance so it’s tight fit with a bigger vehicle. Overall suited our needs perfect, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay in a great location. Close to all of the tourist spots, ate at a local restaurant "Egg" it was amazing. We loved being able to park in the garage and/or fence in the back and that there was a fence for our dog. Remi was a very responsive host.

Great place for a family wedding!
I recently got married in St Louis, and we rented Remi's house for our Homebase. Our parents and a couple priests stayed with us, and the house was our homebase for Thanksgiving and where everyone got ready the morning of the wedding. Remi's house was wonderful! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company as well as get ready before The Big Day. My (at the time) fiance and I were in town a couple months before the wedding and we were able to sneak in early to get a better idea of the layout before everyone arrived! Remi was very responsive and made the rental process a breeze! This is a great property in a really wonderful, central location. If we wind up in STL again with a large crew, we'll definitely be back!

Family get-together in St. Louis
My extended family of nine people (6 adults and 3 kids under 12) stayed here for a weekend gathering in St. Louis. The house accommodated all of us perfectly with sleeping & bathroom space/ privacy for everyone while still being able to enjoy being together in the living areas. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. Access to downtown (Busch Stadium, Arch, City Museum) and Forest Park (zoo, art museum, breweries) was super convenient. We used our personal vehicles and Uber and both were easy. Speaking of personal vehicles the garage and parking pad inside the gated driveway was a big bonus and easily fit our 3 vehicles. Lafayette Park (just 3 blocks away) and the residential/ commercial area around it was a nice place to explore on foot. Remi, the owner, was responsive when we had the occasional questions leading up to our stay and the check-in. check-out process was a breeze. We had a great weekend in StL and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home!

Lovely home
Spacious, clean, beautiful house with a small yard the children loved. Living space is on its own floor separate from the bedroom floors so we had room to spread out. We will look to stay here again if we are back in St. Louis.

The whole family loved it
We had three families, and two babies in the crew. The house was spectacular, and everything was exactly as I had hoped. The ability to have the common living space and then separation with the floors and rooms, was very nice. Having a garage was also an excellent advantage. We will definitely look to book this property again - and will pass on to others who are looking in this area. Remi made the whole process seamless and communicated with us in a professional and prompt manner.

Remi’s property was absolutely amazing! It is set up perfectly to be a home away from home, (even an upgrade) and I can’t recommend it highly enough! My family and I celebrated my mother’s birthday in St. Louis, and all ten of us were very happy and comfortable. Everyone was impressed by the cleanliness, amenities, location, and finishes of Remi’s beautiful home. Remi was a spectacular host! She answered all of our questions extremely promptly, and was unbelievably accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back for our next celebration!
