Parking is having renovated done and they didnt advertise it on booking sites. The first floor smelled like weed. There was a bunch of kids outside of the hotel making noise and music blasting. The curtains were dirty and the chair paint was chipping off. The lamp in between the beds were flickering. Overall wouldn't recommend untill the hotel gets renovated itself

Bath tub was dirty and the rooms needed updating there is viable patch work everywhere. Water was shut off for few hours while I was there breakfast was good and bed was clean so not all bad. Staff friendly

When i checked into my room i noise the tub had several pieces of hair in the tub. As pulled back the sheets, pieces of hair all over the bed sheets. I reported this to the front desk and they changed my room. The second room had bigger pieces of hair in the tub and bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned. Also was hair on my bed shhets. Had to cean the bathroom my self and tequested clean sheets. I have stayed this location several times and never dealt with this type of service. I will not be staying here moving forward.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Smelled so bad of weed in the hallways. Room was clean and staff was very friendly but could use some updates. People hanging around the front smoking that didn't seem to be employees. Didn't feel comfortable staying here.

When we checked in and went to our room we immediately noticed the foul odor of the room we also noticed stains on the carpet and the room was cold. I went to the front desk and advised the clerk that the unit was not working. He told me that he would have a maintenance man come to the room and check. After waiting for over an hour no one came. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk that no had come and that I wished to cancel the reservation. He made a phone call and then advised me that I would have to pay for one day because we had been there for over an hour. How is that possible when we were put in a dirty room with no heat? If this is your policy when conditions are the fault of the establishment then shame on you as a company. I am going to take this as far as I can because this is an unethical business practice. You also had a very unkempt woman just sitting on the stairs talking on her phone, you also had very unsavory looking individuals going in and out of the hotel and I am sure that some people were frightened. I was not because I am a retired police chief but it certainly wasn’t good for your business. I am going to complain to expedia for even representing a company like this and also to your corporate office for not having done due diligence in checking your properties

some good, some not so good
the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. there was a constant smell of pot in all areas but worse in the hallways than in the main areas. people stood outside from smoking pot frequently. event portion and restaurant are not active which leaves the building feeling somewhat desolate thought the interior was nice.

The staff were great, very polite, the area was quiet. We had an issue with the wond having a big crack in it, and at times ants would get in through the window, and there was a missing tile in the bathroom, and the bed was appearing to come off the frame.onto the floor. The continental breakfast was great and fresh every morning.

Rooms were well-maintained and smelled good. The elevators and hallway smelled like urine and weed. The old elevator is very slow when travelling down 4 stories, it took about 2-3 minutes to get to the bottom floor.

Upon entering it is very nice. Once we got to the hallway on the floor where our room was, the carpets were stained all the way down and the smell was not good. The room itself was pretty good however we did find baby roaches in the bathroom

This place is a dump. The carpet looks like someone died on it. There's a light switch right by the door that does nothing, and it was pitch black. I had to use my phone's flashlight to find a light. The tv remote wasn't programmed to the tv, and there's no way to change the input. The wifi is terrible. It's slow and keeps disconnecting. We only got 1 key card because they "didn't have that many". We came into the room and the a/c was running! It's almost freezing outside! I could've stayed at several places that were less money, but I didn't want to end up at a place like this one. What a disappointment. At least there are no bed bugs.

We are looking to replace the carpet. We use remote with no input so guest are not able to change the settings on the TV as you experienced with the remote not being programed to the tv. If a guest is downloading a large file it does slow the Wi-Fi or kick others off. unfortunately. we do have to deal with orders not being delivered on time. The check in and check out was quick and hassle free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was adequate. The common areas (lobby, breakfast area) were well kept, spacious and clean. The breakfast was well above average. It was a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, English muffins etc... Overall, it was a good value. No complaints.

Property was clean. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disrespectful. Their idea of customer service is to act annoyed and treat you as if you’re a burden. Double charged me for the stay and charged me for a night that I didn’t because of the poor staff. Do not recommend.
