**IMPORTANT***
**PLEASE READ***
We take great pride in providing a world-class experience for you and your
guests. To maintain this level of experience, we have created the following
house rule. Please review the house rules and make sure that everybody in your
group has read and understood them. Thank you for your understanding.
ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR
Every person entering the property must be listed on the reservation, even if
they are not spending the night.
Maximum occupancy for the property is 4 guests.
WE TAKE VIOLATIONS VERY SERIOUSLY, AND FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW WILL
RESULT IN EXTRA FINES AND PENALTIES INCLUDING THE LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY
DEPOSIT AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES.
No pets
No parties, events, or neighborhood disturbances of any kind.
No guests that are not listed on your reservation
No illegal drugs anywhere on the property
No smoking or vaping indoors
No tampering with security cameras
CHECKOUT
Checkout is at 11am. Anytime later will result in a fine of $50/hour unless
approved in advance. Please follow the checkout instructions on the sign in
the kitchen (wash dishes, remove the trash, leave the house tidy, and lock the
doors.)
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL
Do not tamper with TV cables or attempt to move the TVs or TV cabinets in
either room. They are secured to the wall and moving them will damage the
wall.
Please do not place drinks or food on the pool table. Damage to the billiard
room, table, or equipment will be charged to the guest.
Please keep noise to a minimum from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am in the outdoor spaces.
Note: the patio lights are on a timer and shut off early to avoid shining in
the neighbor's windows. We have a noise monitoring service in the house and it
only monitors the decibel level and does not record any audio.
Smokers, please use the ashtray located on the patio (top of the fire table).
Do not leave cigarette butts anywhere else. Smoking in the house is prohibited
and failure to comply will result in a $100 fee as well as the costs to remove
the smoke smell from the inside of the house.
Smokers, please leave smoky clothes outside overnight to air out (if weather
permits).
Please use the cleaning towels in the cabinet under the microwave for spills
and messes. Do not use the white bathroom towels.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Unsalvagable linens and towels
will be charged to the guest.
Please use the hooks on the bathroom door for towels. Do not place wet towels
on furniture or hang them from the shower curtain rod.
Please remove dirty shoes upon entry and leave them on the shoe rack by the
back door, or on the rug by the front door.
Please keep the doors and windows closed at all times in order to help with
heating and cooling. This includes the main door in the kitchen (the storm
door does not prevent heat or cold from getting in the house.)
Children in the billiard room should be supervised by an adult to avoid
accidental damage the pool table and felt. Additional scratches to the felt
may incur a repair fee.
Thanks for your understanding and enjoy your stay.
