☆☆ Pending Maintenance Issue ☆☆

The recent tornado toppled a neighbors tree, taking down a segment of our shared fence. The yard is still fully accessible, but it is not fully fenced at the moment while we're waiting on a technician to mend the fence. Last update 5/30/2025.

☆ Long-Term Stays ☆

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Boarding Pass ☆

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Get directions to the property
●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.

☆Cancellations+Alterations☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Overall we were happy with the rental but some simple investments would make me more excited about a return visit.Pros:- The owner was friendly and responsive, best bet is to use VRBO's messaging system.- Location is fantastic, and it seems like a nice quiet neighborhood. So many fun locations are within 10 minutes.- This house has a lot of character!- Beds are comfortable and seem fairly new. But they are firm, if you are not used to that it might be an issue.- Main floor is pretty spacious, I think there could even be more seating than there is.Cons:- The house was overdue for a deep clean to get dust out of corners, woodwork, etc. We had to clean a couple things ourselves (toilet and stove) that we weren't expecting to.- Outlets are a real headache that would be easily solved. In most cases to plug in your phone chargers, etc. you will need to move furniture and unplug a lamp. One power strip in each room would go a long way.- Bedroom dressers and bathroom racks did not feel clean - these could use a deep clean or replacement.Other thoughts:- Where I'm from it's not typical to wear shoes/slippers indoors, but you'll need to here to keep your socks clean.- The house does have a fenced in back yard that could potentially be a cool place to hang out but there's not much back there currently.Overall I think the price is fair and nothing was a major surprise considering the age of the house. With some quick upgrades I think this could be a top tier rental.

We had a wonderful time at our stay in St. Louis. My husband and I stayed with our two dogs. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard so they could freely walk around. The string lights outside make it very easy to see the yard at night and they make the outside area very nice for sitting outside. Brandon was easily available when needed, which was very nice to know. The house feels very comfortable and safe. The neighborhood also seemed safe and nice. We were very happy with our stay!
