"Pros: hot shower with decent water pressure, air conditioner works well, fridge and microwave in room Cons: Room not clean (bathroom still had empty shampoo packets on floor), facility not well maintained, police presence both days we were there"

"Broken drywall on bathroom floor, old candy bar wrapper in nightstand drawer. Left an item behind and no one would call back. Asked for a cab was told it takes 5 minutes, oh no I was late for an extremely important appointment."

"The room was a little small in terms size but it worked for the 2 of us. The room was very clean & up to date. The bed was way too soft in my personal opinion though. Parking was a tight but easy & safe. The staff was nice. Air conditioning worked well. The parking garage gates, doors to get into the building & the doors to your room all used passcodes that you get at check-in. It was nice not having to use a keycard. No fault on the hotel here but the road outside of the hotel is absolute trash. They appear to be repaving. To be fair though most of the roads in St. Louis are trash. "
