「This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast was my favorite ever with so many choices of fresh fruit, omelettes, breads, even different healthy...

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「Don’t try to order food to your room, it won’t come. Drinks are fine, food is fine. Rooms are dated, and it shows. The shower doesn’t drain. We went here for our honeymoon. The scenery is beautiful! Outside of the room, the grounds are kept up nicely, with lush green plants, flowers and palm trees. 「We were looking for a clean, safe, and affordable venue for our honeymoon. Bay Gardens checked all the boxes. My wife loves the beach and I like to hike. We hiked Gros Piton, and it is not moderate, by the way. St Lucia fit our needs and the people at Bay Gardens were the best. They have a new facility, Bay Gardens Sapphire that should be outstanding. It will be at a higher price point I think, though. We loved it and hope to visit, again.」
