Room in a disappointing condition.

Unfortunately the shower dripped all night ad the cold taps were broken. The TV didn't work and the towels were stained. Reception closes at 5pm so picked up my key from security who was asleep at 4:30am when I left the next morning. Maybe you get what you pay for but I won't be returning here.

Breakfast was great. Had a warm bed and a bathroom Bathroom tiles need scrubbing with Jim to get rid of the mildew, but otherwise were clean. There was room maintenance which required attending to Inexpensive and great if you only need a bed and breakfast

Très déçu. Très différent des photos

Très déçu par cet hôtel. Quand nous sommes arrivés, seul le gardien était présent et la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas disponible. Il nous a mis dans une autre chambre plus petite. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Le gardien nous a dit de voir ça avec la réception le lendemain matin. La responsable nous a changé de chambre et a mis la responsabilité de la faute sur le dos du gardien. Nous avons été également déçu de la 2ème chambre qui ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos présentés sur le site. L'eau de la piscine était verte donc elle ne donnait absolument pas envie. Nous avons rencontrés un couple d'espagnols dans l'hôtel qui a eu les mêmes problèmes que nous. Petit déjeuner pas top. Bref nous ne le recommandons pas.

Cheap motel that is way overpriced

Upon arrival we only received a key of at the very dark and prison like reception. We did not receive any information regarding WIFI, check out time or breakfast. Not a warm welcome to say the least. We had booked the honeymoon suite, because we knew it could be cold and we love a bath. Unfortunately there was hardly enough warm water, therefore the bath was useless. The bathroom and room looked out dated. The flush of the toilet and the shower door where broken. When we wanted to contact someone about the lack of warm water, the reception was closed. We could only contact someone by phone. Which is very expensive if you have to make an international call. This place has the look and feel of a cheap motel and is in desperate need of a huge makeover. It is way overpriced!

Hotel a rafraîchir et très vieillot. Suffisant pour une nuit mais pas plus. Le petit déjeuner est pas mal et inclus dans le tarif. Donc finalement petit prix et logiquement petit confort.

Feedback for Jo-A-Lize Lodge

Stay was not good as hotel was not at all accessible and taking responsibility of the sufferings faced by customers. Wifi was not working where they also gave a room which was not displayed or booked. This led to wrong customer experience and black spot on delight.

Vous trouverez sans doute mieux à St Lucie

St Lucia n'offre pas nécessairement que des hotels de grand confort mais celui est particulièrement mauvais: - Reception fermée à notre arrivée (à 15h) sans aucune indication - Chambre très décrépie - cafard dans la chambre Bref, une adresse que je vous déconseille !

Bad odours from bathroom

The room was tidy, but it smelled strongly of damp; the bathroom did not have adequate ventilation and condensation from the shower ran down the walls of the bathroom; this moisture has resulted in a damp smell pervading the bathroom and into the bedroom. Overall, the property is quite run-down. We had far better value for accommodation of this cost in South Africa than this lodge.
