“This property has a lot of great things about it. The space was clean and updated and there is plenty of space to hang out with family. There is a public beach access right across the street and the beach is super nice there. If you want lifeguards you can go just down the street to the Jensen Beach access. Communication with the host was easy. Overall it met most of our needs. What we found frustrating is that we booked because we thought we could tie up our boat to the dock. I think this part……

“There were a few issues but overall it was very clean and designed very pretty. The window ledge in the bathroom had dirt on it and the soap dispenser was empty and falls off easily so you have to brace it with one hand to get soap out (I put some in it). There is only a small cabinet in the bathroom, no drawers or vanity of any kind. Also, it’s in a district called “peacock” and yes they are all over and make noises at all hours. I could not walk outside and talk on the phone or drink coffee……

“We enjoyed being on Hutchinson Island so much. The location is great for walking, biking and running! Not in walking distance of restaurants but certainly for the ocean! The people we came in contact with in the gated community were all very friendly. The townhouse was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable as well. They also supplied all the necessities for the beach and the pool. The only down side for us was the townhome that is……

“1) My family found moldy candy left on a bedroom shelf. 2) Lack of windows in bedrooms 3) Numerous outlets and light switches did not function. 4) Questions if the remodel is up to code.”
