“With one caveat I’ll mention later, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. It had a “best of everything” feel to it, high style and quality throughout, and really appreciated the washer/dryer (we’d been living out of suitcases for some time before our arrival).
The neighbourhood was very nice, close to transit and with cafes and restaurants nearby, but it did not seem hectic.
Our caveat relates to noise, and specifically the train trestle a stones throw away from the flat. Trains of all……

“Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used……

“This was our second stay at Puro Designer Apartment in Munich with Tanja. The apartment was as clean and well stocked as the first time and the wifi was much improved. We really love how close the apartment is to the Ubahn and bus stops, making getting around town super easy. Tanja was as wonderful as before, always good to work with her.”
