"The unit is perfect. Great view with no close neighbor. All the amenities. New washer and dryer. Bedrooms are close in proximity but quiet from each other. Very clean! Covered balcony with plenty of room to watch sunrise. Easy communication with host. Beds are comfortable. Unit had beach towels, chairs, beach toys! Great kitchen with everything and then some. Good coffee station. We all really loved the unit. I will rent this unit again in future."

"Spent the month of March. Perfect location to explore Brunswick, st Simons and Jekyll Islands. House is a duplex but was quiet even with a hospital down the street. Grocery store within 1-2 miles. Enjoyed our time in Georgia very much"

"We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using."

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very comfortable and thoughtful touches throughout, like a welcome snack basket. Kitchen had all the staples and plenty of cookware. Communication and instructions were excellent. The pool was well maintained, large with ample seating. FYI 2 blocks from the beach and condo has 3 flights of stairs. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place"
