The walls in the bathroom could have been improved/ repaired. Otherwise the room was good. The area with the stairs wasn’t that nice but since it’s really outside I guess that’s to be expected. Our stay was good. The staff I can in contact with were very nice and helpful.

A beautiful place to stay! The rooms are on the back of the building away from the road so are quiet. Our room was lovely. Breakfast was self serve but plentiful and delicious!!

The room was average, beds weren’t updated as recently as the room renovation. The decor was pretty good but grout in bathroom needed cleaning. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel...but
Nice clean comfortable room. When I checked in I requested a room on the 2nd floor. I was told the hotel was sold out. There were not many occupied rooms at all and the people above our room were noisy until 2am. Disappointed as to not accommodating my request when clearly we could have been put in an upstairs room

A very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was was thorough for a continental breakfast. Will certainly stay on our next trip to Cumberland Island .

Great place to stay & will come again!
Thoroughly pleased with our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the night we stayed the hotel was quiet & peaceful. Complimentary breakfast was good & coffee was great! Overall a 5 out of 5 from us!

In general we can recommend this hotel. Good service, very good breakfast - better than many hotels in its category - and excellent maintenance of its areas and external infrastructure. We stayed three nights but we did not receive a visit from those who maintain the room. Additionally, the hair dryer didn't work, and the tab plug prevented the water from draining. The Tab thing was solved.

Hotel is dated and the rooms reflect this. It appears the staff is newer or not trained well as they had difficulties with the basics (e.g., check in process, handling payment through 3rd party booking). Breakfast options are minimal and the coffee machine they have is difficult to use. Would not recommend for cost per night. I would either go to a lower cost hotel knowing what you are getting or spend more for better accommodations.

However, our coffee machine is brand new, and breakfast has variety of options. Fresh bread, bagels, fruits, yogurt as well as cooked eggs and patties, hot/cold cereal, granola bars, fresh waffles are available to our guests. Our front desk personal gets training on a regular basis.

Bed was soft but every movement you could hear the springs squeak so got no sleep. There system wasn't working so they double charged and instead of voiding the second charge they said it will come off in a few days. The room was cold and the only way to get the cold air to stop blowing was to shut the system off, so no heat.

I recommend in the future, you contact the front desk immediately to alert them to any issues. If we had been made aware you were having a problem, we certainly would have sent maintenance to assist you, or moved you to a different location. Well Worth The Stay
Quiet location. Great service. Clean rooms and property. Easy parking. Nice bar next door with food and music. The beds were comfortable and the HVAC worked and wasn't loud. We would stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting our son and the hotel staff was outstanding they were courteous and kept everything looking clean. The room although not super updated they are clean but the pillows need some help.
