Our unit and the property around it was very clean. The unit was somewhat tired but we knew that going in. The owner of the property could not have been better at communicating. Her suggestions for restaurants, etc. were excellent.

This property is a short walk to the ocean and great dining options. The older motel accommodations have been upgraded with a retro style that's clean and comfortable. Just what we were hoping for!

Appreciate being dog friendly. The property is about 2 blocks from the dog friendly beach. Its in walking distance to several good restaurants and a very good pizza place. Clearwater beach is great. The owners did a great job restoring the property after last years hurricanes. The pool looks like new. Other properties are still being repaired. So, Monoco is a good choice.

Great little property, exactly what we were looking for. It had a comfy bed, small kitchenette and a bathroom. Older property with a great vibe. It was quiet and off the beaten path, one block from the beach. We didn’t have to rent a car because eveything was within a short walk or an Uber ride.

This is a great, quiet "old Florida" location. I stayed in this same unit twice now. The furnishings have been changed, and that is the only reason for a lower rating. A beanbag chair is a not comfortable option. A regular chair or small loveseat would have been nice. But the property and Clearwater Beach is awesome.

Unclean bathtub, rundown furniture, No cooking pans

I stayed at this establishment because it showed a full refrigerator and a stove per my doctor order. There were no full size pots and pans to cook with. I reported this to the Property Manager Day 1 and never provided. There was no radio to listen to as I busied to get things done. The bathtub soap dish was black n dirty. There were dead bugs in the soap dish. The bathtub faucet area was black with mold. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The nightstand was old and scratched up (needed varnishing). The kitchen table had lots of stains and spots. The furniture was old and run down.
