Awesome family vacation

We took our adult kids and their kids to stay at the Oceanside Beach Cottage for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The property was awesome with all the things we needed to feed our group and enjoy the hot days on the beach! We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Excellent vacation rental!

This place was the best!! It is very clean and was well stocked with anything you would need. Very open on the main floor so we could all hang out together. Excellent location to everything. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone! And we’ll definitely will be back!!

Relaxation at Redington Beach

Beautiful home located steps away from beach. Love the openness of rooms, decor, kitchen.all the living areas. Everyone loved the upper and lower screened in sitting areas. Love to book again!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor grill didn’t have a grill brush or utensils so our property coordinator had a new set delivered within 30 minutes. She was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome house!! Great neighborhood and a nice park right around the corner the boys played basketball at everyday. Very clean house with very nice furnishings. Great communication with the host. House was outfitted with everything to get you started quick on a vacation without running to the store right away other than to get food. Beach chairs and toys were the best you can get!! Please please all renters help keep the stuff they provide nice by taking care of it. We will be booking again for sure.

Awesome with EVERYTHING you need!

This was an awesome house. We rent often and this house was one of my favorites. It was fresh, clean, had everything we could ask for, (especially since we were traveling by plane and could not come with a carload of stuff.) Tons of nice, new beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach towels, also plenty of bath towels, etc. Great layout for two families or one. You have a direct and beautiful view of the water from both screened porch balconies. The walk to the beach is easy, just to the corner with a convenient crosswalk and you are at the beach access. The screen porch downstairs is great for parents to hang out and have a cocktail while kids watch a movie inside. Very convenient outdoor shower as well. Highly recommend!

Couch had dog hair on it which was disappointing to someone who is allergic, but otherwise the property was very clean. Beach access was just down the street and very convenient. Neighborhood is very nice and close to restaurants and shops. Beds in the kids room were not very comfortable for an adult (probably would be fine for kids but we had 3 adults so someone had to take the kids room). Kitchen was very well stocked for anything we needed. Lots of spices for cooking but no salt. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided which was great. Loved the wine fridge!

Stunning property with ocean views, easy walk to beach.

Beautiful property with views of the ocean; very short walk to the beach. We were a group of 7 women, all in our sixties. We failed to ask for elevator access, so several of us had some difficulties with the many steps, but we made it work. Be advised, there may be trash or recycling left from previous renters that needs to be put out. We didn’t have any ourselves at recycling day, then realized later it was half full from the previous renter. Oops! Everything you need for the beach - chairs, wagon, cooler, toys, boogie boards. Overall, a wonderful property that we would visit again. Thank you!

Great place

Had a wonderful time during our week. Great location and great place. Would definitely rent again. My only complaint would be ac is set and locked at 72. Couldn’t go any longer and some nights it was a bit warm sleeping. But other than that we loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you think about leaving your home and visiting the Florida Bay area, this is the place!!! Besides being a block from the beach. Redington beach is one of the best towns off Gulf Blvd. More residential and convenient to shops. But for the actual home it was the best stay I have ever had. Like me, the ownwers and Management company pays very close attention to detail! Everything you can think of they had for you. The beds are so comfortable. Yhe showers are great. Plenty of space for unpacking your luggage in a huge walk in closet. Amazing kitchen! Great table for 8 and loved waking up to a cup of coffee and sitting outside on the second floor balcony. This place is located on the Gulf Blvd but don't eorry you can't hear a thing in the bedrooms. Enough towels for evryone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Plenty of parking. I loved doing the wash in this place. Amazing facilities. Even a wine cooler! Enjoy your stay! We are defintely returning next year! Two thumbs up
