"We love to be able to walk everywhere and this place allows us to walk to all the stores. The pier is only a short walk. Live music at a few places on Friday and Saturday nights. Also a couple minute walk. Went to the market at the park. Found a great used book store. The only place we drive to was the beach. "This house is in THE perfect location. You can walk to Crabtrap, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddlers, local brewery, the King & Prince. House is beautiful inside. Backyard is accessible and adorable. Oh and the wraparound porch is the cherry on top. It’s huge!! I am super picky and everything was up to my standards. Absolutely adore and will rent it again the next time I go 100%"

"We had a blast. The place is so cute, quaint and quirky. Lots of little nuances to get used to but easy to do. It was so spacious and roomy with a lot of places to hang out. The crows nest at night was incredible. We even got to see a satellite launch AND a fireworks show. Awesome!"

"Beautiful house with a fun layout. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms. While everything was great, you should watch out for fire ant hills and use crocs or flip flops when outside. Had a great time at frat beach!"

"My husband and I spent two weeks at this charming rental. The location was just perfect! It was an easy walk to the pier village with all of the shops and restaurants and a quick drive to other local attractions. "the house was ideal for our family - the kids stayed safely in the poolhouse. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, sitting areas, bathrooms were updated and clean. Our only compliant was some of the accessories described were not accurate - the bikes for the kids were not working, only two beachchairs with the others rusted shut, etc. We also had a pool cleaning issue but that can happen. Just can't give it a 5 star with a couple of the "misses" - we would for sure rent...

"My wife and I stayed the week during the SEC (Golf) Championships at SSI and loved the location / walkability / proximity to beach / comfy cottage. Highly recommend! We strolled the beach every afternoon as it's minutes by walk to public access....abundant restaurants and the pier are close walk as well."
