Tucked away in one of Saint Simons Island’s most peaceful neighborhoods, this home offers privacy, style, and location with a short walk to bars and restaurants and the charming shops of the Village. Inside, enjoy an airy floor plan with updated interiors, designer furnishings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped, while the spacious living and dining areas are designed for easy, relaxed living. Step outside to the pet-friendly, fenced-in backyard under a canopy of live oak trees complete with a screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and plenty of space to enjoy the sea breeze.

Great location! Quiet street, convenient to restaurants and the beach. The house is very well done with great open space. The kitchen can get a bit hot, but the owner has provided fans that can be moved around if needed. FYI there is only 1 shower/tub. The backyard is a nice space, completely fenced with a covered porch. Overall would recommend and would book again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this little cottage. The beach was just a short walk from the property and there are many dining options just minutes away. Our pups loved the dog friendly beach and they enjoyed exploring the backyard area. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty off closet space. We will be returning next year!
