This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium has just undergone a total renovation! You will not be disappointed with this beautifully furnished, professionally decorated condominium. All new tile floors throughout, new
furnishings in soothing, coastal colors plus complete renovations of both bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has all new cabinetry and stainless appliances. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a full open kitchen with separate wet bar and a large combined living room and dining area. You also have a large private balcony with some ocean view.
The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

We loved staying at this place. The renovations are so nice the place feels brand new. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is fantastic right on the beach and the entire condo complex is really nice and immaculate. Easy check in/out and well managed.
This is a beautiful property with a small view of the ocean from the deck. The outdoor property has lovely landscaping. The pool area is lovely. Getting to the beach was a little challenging because a tidal pool has formed in between the property and the ocean. It required walking through 6 inches of water for about 25 feet. I’m not sure if it is there all year. There is great beach access at the coast guard station just down the road.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Check In process great! The condo was vwry clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with our every need.we hope to return again next year, hopefully for a longer stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The unit looks to be recently remodeled, was very nice, and we had no problems with it at all. Parking at the building can be a bit confusing when you first get there and can get close to full in the evenings, but we always found a spot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this spot again.
The unit is clean, everything is new, and the space is not cluttered at all.

The property has plenty of room and includes everything you need. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony is very hard to open. I accessed the balcony by using the door from the master bedroom. Other than that, no complaints at all!
We enjoyed our stay and found the property, in general, to be as advertised. A number of small things need to be addressed. For example, the remote control for the television needed batteries. There were no batteries in the unit. The bedroom lamp had a burned out bulb., There were no light bulbs in the unit. These sorts of shortcomings mean that visitors have to leave the unit and go shopping for items that should be made available by the owner in the unit. Most highly rated owners provide a short notebook of directions for using items in the unit as well as suggestions for dining, sightseeing, and so on. There was nothing of the sort in this unit. Unfortunately, a collection of small owner failures can negatively impact the visitor’s experience.
We loved our visit to St. Simon's Island! North Breakers offered perfect accommodations for our family! We loved the short walk to the beach, easy access to the pool, and the condo was exceptionally clean! I don't think we could have picked a better location on the island. We will definitely be back!
Condo building location is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood. The view from the condo balcony is nothing special, but the condo itself is wonderful! Tastefully updated, comfortable beds, plenty of soft, thick towels available. Nice ceramic tile floor with area floor coverings in living area and bedrooms. Games, books available for a rainy day, sofa and swivel rocking chairs in living room are comfortable as well. Kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils, full sized washer and dryer made it easier to pack fewer clothes and to wash towels. Building itself is older, but has been well maintained with a good sized pool up to 7 ft depth, kiddie pool, and hot tub. New pool furniture and umbrellas, two grills at the pool area. Private boardwalk to the beach with an outside shower made it easy to get to the beach and then get rid of the sand before going back upstairs. We always found a covered parking space in the garage, but outside parking spaces available as well.
Bike rack available to lock up bikes, condo location is about 2 miles to the Village center, easy 10 minute bike ride, much easier to park a bike than find car parking. Bike trails are wide and well maintained, and well connected. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Daily bike rides and visiting the historical sites such as the Lighthouse, Fort Frederica, the WWII Homefront Museum and a kayak trip on Village Creek were highlights of our visit. Perfect location for an active/relaxing vacation!
This property was a real treat and extremely clean. The pictures you see online are exactly what the property looks like in person. The management company is on top of communication with all the passcodes for entry and exit and anything else you may want. We had an excellent stay and would rent here again for sure.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was nicely updated. Beds and furniture were very comfortable for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend the location and unit.
This recently updated condo is located in a smaller complex and we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.
Everything was easy from the initial booking to the online checkout procedure. Any updates to the access codes were sent by text and email so we always had the latest information.
If I return to St Simons Island again I would certainly book this unit again.
The condo had been completely redone and was beautiful. Beds were VERY comfortable, pool area was private and quiet, beach was right there. Easy walks and bike rides to town and all around the island. Covered garage and bike storage were helpful. We were extremely pleased with our stay.
