This house is the BEST for big groups. Everyone has their own space but we could also be together and not on top of each other. The location was convenient to the beach and great places to eat. The beds were all very comfortable. The upstairs balcony is great entertainment and relaxation spot!

We loved this property! The location is lovely. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes or walk to restaurants and shopping downtown in 10. The house is well decorated and has everything you could need. There is a lovely upstairs porch as well as the one downstairs. Despite the noise from cars passing by, which is the only downside to this property, we loved sitting outside and could always find somewhere peaceful to be. This is a great place if you want to just “be”somewhere for a while.

Our requirements for our mid-May visit to SSI were: view of ocean or marsh, good porch overlooking view and large dog accepted. This property met our requirements and then some! Although the ocean is a block away, you can still see it and feel the breezes and the walk is easy and much better than driving. We enjoyed sitting with friends on the porch several afternoons. An unexpected bonus was being able to walk to the Pier restaurants and to the K&P! The only downside is the dated furniture and the aging appliances - the decor feels like you are borrowing your aunt's house - but she lives at the beach and lets you bring your dog, so that is OK. We would glady stay in this home again!

Perfect house for our family of 11. The location was perfect for the beach and all the amenities close by. The pool was the high light of the trip! Beautiful setting!! Definitely will rent this house again!

We loved our stay at this home!!! Beautiful charming home, close to the beach! Loved the space and large porches. Plenty of room. We had a problem with one of the doors and the property manager sent someone right away. Wonderful experience and would love to return!

Our family which included children and grandchildren stayed. It was perfect for our large family. We loved the location to the beach, the village, and places to eat. I would highly recommend to anyone with a large family. We loved it and are going back next year.

We absolutely loved having our family vacation here! The house is very accommodating for a large family. Ton of space to relax. It’s a few quick steps to the beach. It ook a little while to get the upstairs to cool off but was fine by the time we went to sleep each night. It’s really close to restaurants and shops. Perfect neighborhood to ride bikes. We can’t wait to come back again!! Highly recommend. :)

We loved our recent visit to St Simons. 811 Ocean Blvd, was beautiful,clean and near the ocean. This was a vacation with siblings and their spouses and we had great fun.!we rented golf carts and bicycles and rode all over the island Thanks for letting us enjoy a little piece of your island! We will be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: beautiful home with great view of the ocean and about a block from the beach. The home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Within walking distance to the downtown area and many restaurants. Be prepared to go to the grocery store when you arrive to purchase shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Also, there wasn't any information on how to operate the TV in the family room. You can tell they had been spraying for roaches because the adult roaches were dead but found baby roaches crawling in the bed linens. We would stay at the house again but would find out if the roach problem had been resolved.
