Wonderful

Love this villa. It was so nice and clean. Up to date and the owner was so easy to work with. The dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there and it took a little time but the owner told us all about it and even offered compensation for the time it took for it to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

Prime Location on St. Simon's Island

The condo is in a prime location on St. Simon's Island. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Condo was clean and met all expectations. Thank you for an enjoyable beach holiday.

Great little get away

Perfect gathering place for my friend from Tampa and myself from N. Myrtle Beach. We had the best time. We each had our own room and bath. Bar was just a beach walk away. Clean place. I would return.

At Simons Is

The condo overlooked the pool and ocean from the veranda. Decorated tastefully in a nice seaside beach theme. Beds were very comfortable. TV in every room. Great restaurants in walking distance! One minute walk to beach! We’ll be back!

Great location

My husband had a conference at The King and Prince. The kids and I were able to go to the pool and the beach. We fixed meals in the room. We ate at the bbq place on the corner and the cottage on property. I sat on the balcony and watched the ocean.

Location of condo is great and the Island is very easy to get around. We tried all the restaurants associated with King and Prince, including the golf course for lunch, all the food was great and staff excellent. Ice Cream is wonderful on the property along with drinks by the pool. All and all a great time. Look forward to returning in the near future

The property was very dated. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and need to be cleaned. The curtains need to be cleaned or just replaced. I would not recommend this place.
