Great views and relaxing vacation

Beautiful setting with ocean front views. The accommodations were clean and as advertised. Everything you need is provided. I really appreciated the owners attention to detail in making it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Best View on the Beach

We had a lovely time and the view of the beach was amazing. The sunrises were fabulous. Our condo was absolutely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host was excellent. Their instructions for entry were very clear as were their directions. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

If you like ocean views…

The condominium was very nicely appointed and very clean! The views of the marsh and ocean were stunning. The beach was never crowded. Corresponding with the owners was very easy, and getting access to the unit was the same. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a brew pub. It was a great time of year to go and explore the island.We hope to return and enjoy this wonderful condo and St Simon’s in the future.

Wonderful spot

Really nice 2 bedroom unit with nice balcony facing beach/water with beautiful sunrise and moon views. Many restaurants and coffee/brewery places within 2.5 blocks walk. Would rent again

Great location

We stayed here as a family with little kids and loved not having to leave the property at all. Great condo and views, nice pools, easy access to beach and restaurants on site. The condo itself was clean and as advertised. We would stay here again.

Wonderful weekend

The property was very comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities and more. Very quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. Will definitely try and stay here again on our next visit to SSI.

Everything you could want!

My mom and I travel to SSI every year for vacation and love staying at the King and Prince - just not in their condos. It's hard to find a privately owned condo that also gives access to the main pool, but this one has it all! The condo has been beautifully renovated, bathrooms included, and is so comfortable and sooo clean! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!!! Laura is great to work with, too. Everything is well-explained, and she really cares about her guests. We will definitely be regulars!!!

Absolutely gorgeous view. We loved everything about this condo - king and prince amenities were awesome, location is the best, check in and out was super easy, parking was convenient, and the condo was possibly the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

Pros: Villa was very clean on arrival; great view of the beach and ocean (north villas rock!); very friendly and accessible manager; much nicer beach chairs & umbrella than typical; the K&P resort amenities. Cons: having to leave after 1 week!

Home Away From Home

Cozy, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully equipped --- this property gives you the feeling of being home. It's noteworthy that the owners don't use sub standard things for the property just because it's a rental. It's truly a relaxing place.

Fantastic property!

Pictures don’t do the view justice! The porch gives you a 180 degree view of the beach. Furniture and decor were great - very comfortable! Within a mile of the village - easy bike ride for breakfast at Palmer’s and quick pier/playground visit with the kiddos. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
