Relax, recharge, and soak up the sun at 106 Reserve Lane, a gorgeous townhouse featuring three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, all near shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities.

Tucked within a quiet community of townhomes, this two-story retreat offers pristine interiors, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful extras throughout. The spacious living room is perfect for movie nights, while the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy for everyone to pitch in at dinnertime. Gather for a board game or puzzle at the dining table, or head out back to fire up the grill and enjoy the outdoor patio. With a full-sized washer and dryer, you can pack light and stay comfortable all trip long!

When you’re not floating in the community pool or lounging in a chair on the deck, 106 Reserve Lane is conveniently located near several of the island’s beaches. Spend afternoons looking for seashells or pack a picnic and linger longer!
