Pool View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Exactly what we needed

Loved this place. Comfortable bed and couch and loved the view—especially at night. If I could give the host ten stars, I would, as he was all about making our stay the best. If I had a question it was answered within minutes. Found lots to do in the area with pickleball and restaurants leading the list! Great beach nearby. Hope to get back here soon, and will rebook this property!

Balcony overlooking heated pool

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

Lovely Stay

Island Stay

Returned to SSI for the first time in 28 years. This place was perfect! Great location for walking to the beach or pier. Bikes were a nice option to cover more ground. Condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We will definitely stay again!

We had the best experience despite Hurricane Debby. The host, Dave, was quick to respond to our needs to extend the trip due to the storm. We were extremely grateful for Dave’s hospitality. The condo was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back often. Thanks again!!

Great Place for a Get Away to St. Simons

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It had everything we needed including a lovely view of the pool. The booking and check in/check out process was flawless and our host communicated all along the way so there weren't any surprises. We'll be back!

We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. This was a great location close to the pier. Amazing

Last minute stay

We were traveling thru to see family this was a great place to stay with our family. We had so much fun with the park and pool on property. It was nice to be close to the pier and the village we drove since we had our small child with us but you could easily take the bikes that they had. We would stay again if in the area.

Convenient to everything

My daughter and I went for the weekend to go globe hunting on Jekyll Island. The condo was only a short drive over the bridge. Dave gave us great info and checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. I highly recommend this place

Fun community amenities!

The condo was just as described and in a great location. The kids really enjoyed fishing in the community pond, and swinging under the big tree. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked fun too! Thanks!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to shops and dining. Pool is fantastic.

Recommend having more bath towels and toilet paper on hand, especially when staying several nights. Shower head needs better cleaning. Location couldn’t be better! Spacious condo. Great flooring throughout. Safe location and well lit. Large pool right out back.

We enjoyed our stay on St. Simons Island! The property was a perfect location as we took our bikes and could ride anywhere. The condo had a beautiful view of the pool from the balcony and all we needed inside to make our stay comfortable. (I might suggest an update on the bed.) Thanks for having us!

Everything was just as shown in the listing. I found it to be very clean and although it is apparent it is an older condo and could use a few updates it was definitely clean and sufficient for a nice stay. The pool view was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I rented the bikes and found them to be in good working order and easy to access. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great Location

Stayed here with my husband for a little get away. We've been to SSI 5 times. This was the best property we stayed at; great location and the pool view was wonderful. We actually used the balcony at night. Loved how close we were to the village as we walked everywhere. Got updates from the owner when the cable went out; not that we noticed we were too busy enjoying the island. We will definitely stay here again!
