Spring Break Getaway

This property has it all- close to the beach, plenty of room, great kitchen, awesome backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Incredible Modern Beach Cottage

We move been coming to the same stretch if cottages along East Beach for years and Astin’s Cottage was the best yet. Modern decor, space for the entire family, 5 minute walk to the Ocean’s edge and a backyard oasis to relax. We hope to be able to come back again soon!

Wonderful home in East Beach

The house is fantastic, was super clean and had everything we needed. Tons of space, the back porch is a perfect spot to be when it rains, lots of bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in great location

The home was beautiful, the pool was perfect, location to the beach was an easy walk, the neighborhood nice and shaddy for taking walks, it was a short drives to all the best restaurants on the island. Our only negative was that the dryer stopped functioning on our third day there and the management company was anable to fix it promptly. So we were unable to clean the towels and clothing for our toddler.

Great stay

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for this work trip with my assistance in their children. Kids loved the pool and a really cool walk down to the beach.
