Perfect location

The property was a perfect location our needs! Super close to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants!! So much space in the house for several families to hang out together. We absolutely loved it!

Long winter weekend

Our extended family stayed together over MLK weekend. The property was clean and the communication was excellent. The house was exactly as advertised and the location is very convenient. We are planning on returning next year!

Great family vqcat

The property was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Nice to have a good size living room and screened in porch. Short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House near the Beach

I took my 15 year old, best friend, and a married couple to Saint Simons Island for a short trip for New Years. The house was perfect for our group size and easily could have accommodated more guests. We walked the short 5 minute walk to the beach everyday to watch the sunrise and sunset. The outside patio was a great gathering place to enjoy watching football bowls and have a restful afternoon. Great location near restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and had rooms with plenty of privacy. I will definitely rent this place again. Also, 4 of the bedrooms are on the ground level and a beautiful bedroom with its own bathroom is on the other side of the house upstairs. Great if you need multiple guests to be on the ground level.

Great location

This was lovely home in a perfect location. Could actually walk to the beach in a few minutes and some of the stores/shops also within walking distance. Plenty of room for our ladies ministry group of 8. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, but because it smelled of old furniture, I rated cleanliness a 4. Overall, still submitting a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Alex, the Host, was definitely reaching out so, I felt the communication link was good. We did not need to reach out for anything during our stay and that alone speaks volumes about the house itself. star rating.

The property was clean and ready on time.On the first day we were there, we called to report a broken towel bar and closet rod that had fallen down. They set up a time to come and fix these items, but never showed up. A few suggestions, have some hooks in the bedrooms to hang wet towels on, have a beach wagon to take things to the beach, since you have to walk and move the bunk beds to get away from the fan blades.
