Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club-the largest oceanfront condominium community on the island.
Professionally landscaped grounds feature stately oaks shadowing the gated entry, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the center of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large courtyard offering an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, charcoal grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 409 is located on the ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. In addition, Beach Club #409 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Beautiful view
When we first arrived, the beds were in disarray. We contacted housekeeping and they responded immediately, and explained that the pest control company had come to make sure there were no bedbugs and must've left the beds unmade. Within 30 minutes, housekeeping came and provided us with new bedding.
I noticed that there was a bar of soap left in the master shower that had hair on it. I asked the housekeeper if the shower had been cleaned and she assured me it had been. Not wanting to disturb her, I grabbed some toilet paper and threw it away.
Other than that, the stay was wonderful I appreciate how quickly our concerns were addressed. The view was beautiful and it was in a very nice part of the island.

Nice Getaway
Check in was a breeze, everything we needed was on the desk when we arrived. The location was perfect. The beach was easily accessible and not crowded. The size of condo was perfect for our family of five. The condo was a little dated and could use more lighting options in the bedrooms and maybe ceiling fans to help with air circulation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

St Simons Island Getaway
The unit 409 at Beach Club was ocean front, very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. However being 73 and 74 we had a difficult time getting to ocean front beach. The walk is awful, the water muddy all 5 days, the wind horrific, you got sand blasted every time. Unit very nice but beach not so much. The restaurants on the island were all 4 1/2 star excellent. It was nice to just get away. Thanks
