Disaster

I have tried about five times to get in touch with the local agency and no one calls me back. Our ceiling had water running through it and we could not use two of our bathrooms. This was a pre-existing condition. The plumber said we had to pay full price for only using half of the house. Do not rent this house.

Beautiful home, terrible management company

This house was gorgeous and very clean and well maintained. I messaged Vacasa three times during our stay because there was an active leak in the main bedroom ceiling, and the bedroom got soaked during several bad thunderstorms over the 5 days we were there. Zero response from Vacasa- I will never book a property through them again.

Subpar management, great location, tastefully decorated, comfy beds

Condo and location are great. Vacasa management was not timely in sending out a repair tech nor was he qualified to do the work. Air unit filters were clogged, mini split in basement did not work our entire stay, faucets in upstairs bathrooms had no water supply to one handle.
