Center of it all!

This little spot is located in an accessible spot to Red Fern village shops, not to far from the Village, amd too many places to count for good food.

The fenced in back yard made it great to sit in the back and enjoy the privacy. We hope to continue to stay here was we vacation to St. Simmons in the future.

The location was good. Close to most things of interest. Older neighborhood but nice and quiet. The house has mostly been renovated. Definitely need more time spent on the bathrooms. Nice living room and back porch area. Always enjoy SSI

Last minute booking

We had plans change 24 hours before arriving at SSI, we scrambled to find a place to stay and found this one. This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever experienced! Lots of room, nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Walk to coffee, bakery, restaurants and shopping. We'll rent it again.

Beautiful House

It was a girlfriend’s week, first time we stayed near the Red Fern Village. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was modeled wonderfully for two girls to each have their own rooms. The back stairs need some lighting. That was the only issue we had. Thank you for a lovely Stay

Great location. Well equipped.

Quiet neighborhood except for an occasional plane overhead. So many more amenities and supplies than we expected. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. EV charging connection. Note: 220v 50 amp receptacle. You will need your own adapter cable.

Spring Getaway

Reviewer Comments: 222 Circle Drive is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Plus, the property is dog friendly which is a bonus for us. My husband loves the location because it is so close to his favorite barbecue restaurant, Southern Soul. Great walking neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is a short drive away as are the other amenities of SSI. There are steps in the front and back of the house and that might be a concern for some vacationers. Otherwise, we had a great time on the island.

Everything in good working order and looks very much like the pictures. Easy access to all parts of island- only 5 minutes to beach. Fenced backyard for dogs a plus. The planes flying overhead were the only noise, otherwise a very quiet pleasant neighborhood. I would stay here again.

I used the second bedroom as an office (brought my desk) and the wifi was great. Our pups loved the fenced-in backyard. You can walk everywhere. Our favorite spots within walking distance are Omcore Yoga & Body, Soul Southern BBQ, Dulce Dough (bakery), and Fuse (ice cream). All super close to the house. It's in a lovely neighborhood. We loved walking around and exploring and looking at all the houses.

Nice neighborhood to walk dogs and, while close to a busy street, you don't hear street noise. One mild negative. You are in the flight path for the airport. Mostly prop planes and some corporate jets. A little noisy at times, buy no night flights when we were there.

It was our first time to stay at 222 Circle Drive. Nice, clean, spacious rental. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Emmons Realty was very responsive. Our doodles loved the back yard and enjoyed sniffing every day of our visit. Our only issue was that the mattress on the king bed was not very good and had an egg crate on top of it. The egg crate caused the mattress to slope which wasn't the most comfortable. If the mattress is replaced this rental would be 5 stars!
