"This hotel is in a great location right at the end of the Charles Bridge under the tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is very nice with a wide selection, and the staff is super helpful. They helped us with how to navigate the city, arranged a car for our departure to the airport. Since we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast opened on our last day, they even put together a bag of breakfast items for us. They even have metro tickets you can buy at the front desk and they offer little gift items in your room each day. They also have a very nice restaurant."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast was consistently delicious, and the room was perfect for our needs. The only suggestion would be to make sure both breakfast rooms had the same food offerings. Over easy eggs and heart waffles were only available in the restaurant side and since you were directed where to sit, you didn’t have the full options. But this is a small suggestion and we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for access to all the sights but slightly removed for quieter streets. We would stay here again!"
